Media Kit Generator
Fill in your stats and get a one-page media kit you can attach to a brand pitch. Everything is drawn in your browser, so your real numbers never leave the tab.
Who you are
78 characters left. Three lines is the cap on the kit.
Platform stats
Turn on the platforms you want to pitch with. Empty ones are left off the kit entirely.
Audience
The male share is filled in for you.
Past collaborations
Up to three brands. Pick the three a new brand would recognise, not the three most recent.
Exported at 2x in your browser. Your stats are never uploaded.
What a brand actually reads on a media kit
Roughly ten seconds of it. The person opening your kit is a junior on a campaign shortlist with forty other PDFs in the same folder, and they are scanning for three things: what you make, how many people reliably see it, and whether anyone credible has paid you before. Everything else is furniture. Long-form biographies, mood boards and a page of past screenshots do not survive that scan, which is why this generator gives you one page and no option for a second.
The most common self-inflicted wound is leading with follower count and omitting average views. A creator with 200,000 followers and 9,000 average views is a worse buy than one with 30,000 followers and 25,000 average views, and experienced brand teams work that ratio out in seconds by checking your grid. Publishing views yourself signals that you already know the number and are not hoping nobody checks, which is worth more than the number itself.
The second is treating audience data as decoration. Geography is often the deciding variable: a supplement brand that only ships to the US will pass on a 400,000-follower account that is 70% outside it, no matter how strong the engagement. Put the top country and its share on the page even when the split is unflattering, because the alternative is being asked for it on the call and looking as though you were hiding it.
Frequently asked questions
Building a media kit brands take seriously
A one-line statement of what you make and who watches it, follower and average view counts for each platform you are pitching, an engagement rate, an audience breakdown by country, age and gender, two or three recognisable past collaborations, and a contact address. Anything beyond that belongs in the deck you send after they reply.
