No. Snaps and chats are private to the people they were sent to, Stories are a playlist of many clips, and Memories live in your own account, so a link to a profile or Story is refused. To keep your own Snaps and Memories, save them in the app or download your data from Snapchat's account settings.

Will the creator know I downloaded their Spotlight?
