How to turn a Reddit post into a video

To turn a Reddit post into a video, paste the post's link into the Faceless Reddit Story maker, pick a language and a voice, and choose a gameplay background such as Minecraft parkour or Subway Surfers. Faceless fetches the post, narrates it, shows the post card with captions, and renders a vertical 9:16 video for 20 credits.

Why convert reddit post to ai video?

Reddit story videos are one of the most repeated faceless formats on TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels: a text post read aloud by a narrator, the post card on screen, word-by-word captions, and gameplay underneath to hold the eye. The Faceless Reddit Story maker builds exactly that from a link, so there is nothing to copy, record or edit by hand. Plans start at $29/month, and a one-off story costs 20 credits.

How the conversion works

1

Copy the link of a text post

Open the post on Reddit and copy its URL. Story subreddits work best: AmItheAsshole, TIFU, ProRevenge, MaliciousCompliance, EntitledParents, AskReddit. Image-only and link posts have no story text to read.

2

Paste it into the Reddit Story maker and pick a language

Faceless fetches the post's title and body from the link. Pick the language the video should be narrated in; the story is read in that language.

3

Choose a voice

Pick a narrator voice. New Reddit stories play at 1.25x speed by default, which matches the pace of the Reddit story videos that do well.

4

Choose a gameplay background

Minecraft parkour, Subway Surfers, GTA, Red Dead, car driving and more. The post card and captions sit on top of the gameplay in a 1080x1920 vertical frame.

5

Generate, check and post

Faceless narrates the story, syncs the captions and renders the video for 20 credits. Review it in the editor, then download it or post it to your connected YouTube, TikTok or Instagram account.

Text posts with a clear story and a payoff: AmItheAsshole, TIFU, ProRevenge, MaliciousCompliance, EntitledParents and AskReddit threads are the usual sources. A post of 200 to 500 words fits a one to two minute video. Image posts, link posts and memes have no story text, so there is nothing to narrate.
The Reddit Story maker reads the post from its link. If you only have the text, or you rewrote the story, paste it into the Faceless video script box instead: you get the same AI narration and captions, with AI-generated scenes in place of the post card and gameplay.
Faceless condenses a long post to fit the video's length rather than cutting it off, so the narration still reaches the story's ending. For a 2,000-word saga, a shorter post usually makes the better short-form video.
New Reddit stories play at 1.25x speed because the Reddit story videos that do well are narrated at about 3.2 words a second. Faster narration keeps viewers watching through the setup. Pick a calmer voice if the pace feels too quick for your story.
Yes. A Reddit series picks posts from the subreddits you choose (several, rotated), follows a brief of what to pick and what to avoid, makes each video and posts it on your schedule. You can also have it wait for your approval before it makes each story.
