YouTube Terms of Service

— 7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.

— 8. Changes to these Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

— 9. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Creating an account is free. Paid plans and credit packs are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings; it stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that.

A paid plan grants a monthly allowance of credits. From October 2, 2026, plan credits do not roll over: any that are unused when the next month's allowance is granted expire. Credits bought separately (credit packs and automatic top-ups) do not expire, and plan credits are always used before them. If a credit purchase is refunded or charged back, its credits are removed from your balance.

Because every video consumes paid GPU generation the moment it is created, we are unable to refund a plan or credit pack once any of its credits have been used. If a video fails or comes out wrong, use the in-app report option on that video to have its credits returned. For an unused purchase, a billing error or a duplicate charge, contact us and we will correct it.

We do not guarantee any particular number of views, subscribers or income from videos made with the Service. Results depend on your niche, your posting consistency and each platform's policies and algorithms.
