About Faceless.so
Faceless.so is an AI video platform that runs faceless short-form channels end to end: it writes the script, narrates it, generates the visuals, renders the video and publishes it on a schedule.
What we build
Short-form platforms reward posting consistently far more than they reward polish. That is difficult for a person and easy for software, but only if the software covers the whole job rather than one step of it. A tool that writes a script still leaves you recording, editing, captioning, uploading and scheduling.
Faceless.so exists to close that gap. It is built around a scheduled series rather than a single export, so a channel keeps publishing without anyone opening the app. Everything below is part of the product today.
How it works
Generate the video
You give a topic, a script, or just a niche. Faceless writes the narration, voices it with one of 180+ AI voices, generates a visual for every line, burns in captions and mixes background music. What comes back is a finished vertical MP4, with no editor involved.
Run it as a series
A series turns one video into a channel. It writes, renders and publishes a new episode on the schedule you set, in the niche and voice you chose, without you opening the app. That scheduling layer is the actual product; single videos are the sample.
Publish it for you
Connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or Threads and each finished episode is posted automatically, with titles, descriptions and hashtags written per platform. One render, every surface.
Give agents the same access
Everything the dashboard does is available over a public REST API, a CLI and an MCP server, so an AI agent can create, render, schedule and publish without a human in the loop.
How we charge
Pricing is credit-based and tied to what a video actually costs to produce. A Storyboard video, generated stills illustrated per line, costs 20 credits. The animated Motion tiers are priced per second of video. Plans bundle credits for a posting schedule, and credits can also be bought on their own. Current numbers are on the pricing page.
Built for agents too
The same capabilities are exposed to software: a REST API at /api/v1, an installable CLI, and an MCP server for AI assistants. The full OpenAPI spec, guides and machine-readable index live in the developer documentation, and every guide is readable as raw markdown by appending .md to its URL.
