   Click Connect YouTube and authorize the youtube.upload scope

   Faceless requests only one scope from your Google account: youtube.upload, which lets us publish videos to channels you own. We don't request youtube.readonly, channel analytics access, or comment management. The scope you grant is the minimum needed to publish, nothing more.

   Pick your default channel from the linked accounts

   If you manage multiple YouTube channels under one Google account, choose which channel new videos publish to by default. You can override per-project, useful when running a portfolio of channels in different niches from one Faceless workspace.

   Toggle auto-publish on the project and set the schedule

   In the project settings, toggle auto-publish and pick a schedule (immediate render, daily at a fixed time, or specific datetime). Faceless renders, validates, and uploads at the scheduled time. If a render fails validation (audio mismatch, frame errors), we hold the upload and notify you in-app instead of publishing broken video.
