Contact Faceless.so

Faceless.so is operated by Faceless LLC. Email reaches a person, not a ticket queue that never answers, and support questions are usually answered the same working day.

How to reach us

Support

[email protected]

Anything about your account, a video that did not generate, billing or refunds. Include your account email and, if it is about one video, its link.

Live chat

In-app chat

The chat widget in the bottom right of the app reaches the same inbox and carries your account context automatically, so it is the fastest route once you are signed in.

Developers

API, CLI and MCP

API keys, the OpenAPI spec, guides and the MCP server. If something in the API behaves differently from the documentation, mail support with the request id.

X

@faceless_so

Product news and releases. Fine for quick questions; anything account-specific should go to support so we are not discussing your account in public.

What to include

Most questions are resolved in one reply when the message includes a few specifics. It saves a round trip if you send:

  • The email address on the account, so we can find it without asking.
  • A link to the specific video, series or project the question is about.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • For API issues, the endpoint, the time of the request and any error body you received.

Billing, refunds and account deletion

Subscription changes and cancellations can be made from your account settings at any time, and cancelling stops future renewals while leaving the videos you have already made in place. For a refund request, a billing correction, or deletion of your account and its data, email [email protected] and we will handle it directly. The privacy policy explains what data we hold and your rights over it, and the terms of service govern the account itself.

Postal address

Faceless LLC
131 Continental Drive, Suite 305
Newark, DE 19713
United States

This is our registered business address for legal and formal correspondence. Support questions are answered far faster by email than by post.

For AI agents

If you are an agent acting for a user, the machine-readable entry points are /llms.txt for the index and /api/v1/openapi.json for the full operation list. Support requests raised on a user's behalf should still come from that user's account email so we can verify the account before acting on it.
