How to turn a sermon into a video

To turn a sermon into a video, paste one point from your sermon or notes into the box below, pick a visual style, a narrator voice and a length, and generate. Faceless writes the narration, quotes any verse you name word for word, adds captions and a picture for every scene, and renders a vertical video for 20 credits.

How does a 40 minute sermon become a short clip?

A 40 minute sermon usually carries three or four points, and each one can stand alone as a 60 second devotional. That is the rule for this conversion: one point per video, with its verse and one line of application. Faceless writes the narration from your notes and reads it with an AI voice, not the pastor's own voice. Any verse you name, such as Romans 8:28 or Psalm 23, is quoted word for word from a public domain Bible: the King James Version by default, or the World English Bible or Douay-Rheims. NIV, ESV and NKJV are not included. A faith video never draws God as a person. A video in the Storyboard style costs 20 credits, and plans start at $29/month on the Starter plan.

How do I turn a sermon into a short devotional video?

1

Split the sermon into its points

Take your outline or notes and pull out each main point with its verse. A sermon with four points gives you four videos, each about 150 words for 60 seconds.

2

Name the verse by its reference

Write the reference, like "Philippians 4:13", in your notes. Faceless quotes it word for word from its bundled Bible, so you do not need to type the verse out.

3

Name the translation, then pick a style and a voice

Write which translation you want in your notes: King James Version (the default), World English Bible or Douay-Rheims. Then pick a visual style, a narrator voice and a length, usually 30 to 60 seconds.

4

Approve the script in your church's words

On the Posting step, turn on Approve each script first. Faceless drafts the script ahead of time, the pastor or team can edit it to match the sermon, and nothing is made or charged until it is approved.

5

Post one point a day through the week

Faceless sets it up as a series, so it can post a devotional on your theme on a schedule, such as one a day after Sunday, or you can pause it after one. Download it or post it to a connected account.

No. The narration is read by an AI voice you pick from the voice list, not a recording or copy of the pastor's voice. Many churches credit the pastor in the caption, for example "From Sunday's message by Pastor James".
The King James Version by default, or the World English Bible or Douay-Rheims, which includes Tobit, Wisdom and Sirach. These are public domain. NIV, ESV and NKJV are copyrighted and not bundled, so a request for them gets one of the included translations.
No. A verse you name by reference is placed word for word by code from the bundled Bible, never rewritten by the AI. Check the reference itself is right, since a wrong chapter or verse number quotes the wrong passage.
Faceless does not take audio or video files from this box. Paste the sermon notes or a transcript of one point instead, and Faceless writes a narrated video from that text with illustrated scenes.
A video in the Storyboard style costs 20 credits. Plans start at $29/month with credits every month, and one-off credit packs start at $10 for 100 credits.
