Faceless vs Bigmotion: at a glance

Bigmotion is a real product, run by Perfomante video ads UAB in Vilnius, Lithuania, that makes faceless Shorts and posts them to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Its Trustpilot score is 3.2 out of 5 from 91 reviews, 49% of them one star. It refunds only within 30 days, and only if you used 10% of your credits or less.

How to ask Bigmotion for a refund. Its Terms of Service (updated March 2026) say there are no refunds except where the law requires one, or within 30 days of the first purchase when no more than 10% of the credits were used. The request has to come from the email you subscribed with, to [email protected]; it covers "verified technical issues", is granted at Bigmotion's discretion, and may lose a fee of up to 7%. Cancel at least 72 hours before the next billing date with the Manage Subscription button: the plan runs to the end of the period and unused credits are forfeited. In the EEA you waive the right of withdrawal once the purchase is delivered; in California and Connecticut you can cancel until midnight of the third business day.

Price. Bigmotion has no pricing page. Its signup quiz offered $39, $89 and $179 a month on 2026-10-21, with the first month at $19, $39 and $69. Faceless lists every plan on its pricing page, from $29/month (Starter), $10 less than Bigmotion's first plan after its first month.

What Bigmotion customers complain about

Read on Trustpilot on 2026-10-28. 41% of the 91 reviews give five stars and 49% give one. The one-star reviews repeat three complaints:

  • Charges people did not expect, and cancelling. "Charged at each step without consent" (2026-10-05). Charged $23.75 weeks after cancelling (2025-11-08). Could not find how to cancel (2026-06-25); Bigmotion replied that the Manage Subscription button cancels at any time.
  • Refunds. Could not find the satisfaction guarantee and found the refund right waived at signup (2026-09-28). A refund refused over the 10% credit limit, then given after the review (2026-07-17). Credits gone after one test video on an $89 plan, refunded later (2026-10-07).
  • Videos that do not follow the script. Videos had nothing to do with the script (2026-10-05). Asked for fitness videos and got bedtime videos (2026-08-15). Scripts cut off mid-sentence with no way to edit them (2026-07-17).

What Bigmotion does well. Most five-star reviews praise its support by name for fast, personal replies, and several say a billing problem was fixed the same day. First-time users call it easy, it makes a series that posts itself to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in most languages, and you own the videos it makes.

  • Cheapest first month

Bigmotion's quiz offers the first month at $19, then $39. Faceless starts at $29/month (Starter) with no first-month discount.

  • A refund after you start using it

Bigmotion may refund within 30 days if you used no more than 10% of the credits. Faceless refunds no plan once any of its credits are used, only a failed video's credits.

Where Faceless fits, and where it does not

Where Faceless fits. Every plan and its price is on the pricing page before you sign up, from $29/month (Starter). A series posts to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X and LinkedIn, and can start from a Reddit post, a blog or a tweet as well as a topic. A Facts & stories or Reddit series can ask you to approve each story before the video is made, so an off-topic script stops there, and a video that fails or comes out wrong can be reported in the app to get its credits back. You cancel from billing settings at any time.

Where it does not. Faceless has no free plan and no cut-price first month like Bigmotion's $19 quiz offer. It does not refund a plan or credit pack once any of its credits are used (terms, section 9), which is stricter than Bigmotion's 10% rule. And like every tool here, it does not promise any number of views.

Verdict

Final verdict

Bigmotion if its quiz offer and its support team suit you and TikTok, Instagram and YouTube are your only platforms; ask for any refund within 30 days, before you use 10% of the credits. Faceless if you want the price up front, approval of each story before it is made, and posting to seven platforms.
