Yes. Every account is created from scratch on a physical device with a residential IP, by a person. Nothing is generated in bulk, nothing is an emulator, and nothing is resold from a marketplace.

Why run ten accounts instead of growing one?

Because short-form distribution is a lottery, and more accounts means more tickets. The same video posted to ten warmed accounts will do ten different numbers, and nobody can tell you in advance which one pops. The apps and ecom brands you see everywhere on your For You page aren't posting from one handle: they seed every video across a fleet and let the algorithm pick the winner, then put paid spend behind the post that proved itself. One account is an experiment. A pack is a channel.

Do I get more accounts each month?

Accepted Answer

No, and this is the most important thing to understand before you buy. Your pack is delivered once. The monthly fee covers ongoing warming, health monitoring and hands-on posting for those same accounts. Think of it as about $50 per account per month to keep that account healthy and posting, not as a monthly delivery of new accounts. If you want more accounts, upgrade your pack or add accounts at any time.

Do I own the accounts?

The accounts exist to serve your brand and nobody else's, but they are managed: we hold the logins and operate them for you. That is the whole reason the reach holds up. The accounts keep posting from the same device, the same IP and the same behavioural pattern they were warmed on, and a login from a new location is the single fastest way to undo all of that warming.

What exactly do I receive on day 7?

Your handles go live in your Faceless dashboard: every account's username, profile link, platform, follower count and current reach health. From that moment you can queue videos to any of them.

Do the accounts come with followers already?

Accepted Answer

They come with a small, genuinely accumulated following from the warming period, usually a few dozen depending on the niche. We do not buy followers. Purchased followers are inert, detectable, and actively damage the engagement ratio the algorithm scores you on.

Can I link my product or store?

Yes. Bio links are part of the profile build-out. Tell us the URL in your intake brief and it goes live with the account.

Is there an API?

For queueing, yes: push videos to your accounts through the Faceless API exactly as you would from the dashboard. For publishing, deliberately no. Everything that enters the queue leaves it through a person posting in-app, because the platforms treat API-published content differently, and keeping that boundary intact is a large part of what you're paying for.

How do you know when an account is actually ready?

Four signals, and we want all of them. First, ads start appearing in the account's For You feed. TikTok doesn't spend paid inventory on accounts it treats as disposable, so that's the cleanest public tell that you've cleared the cold-start pool. Second, the FYP converges: the feed stops being generic and locks onto your category, which means the classifier has decided what the account is. Third, view velocity on test posts holds past the first hour instead of flatlining when the initial push ends. Fourth, we check hashtag and sound search from a separate logged-out device. If the posts don't surface there, the account isn't ready, no matter what the in-app analytics say.

Accepted Answer

Trust accrues on a clock that can't be compressed. The shortcuts that look faster, like bulk following, mass liking and posting within the first hour, produce exactly the batched-action footprint that gets accounts flagged. Seven days of human-paced activity is what it takes for the classifier to settle on what an account is. Anyone handing you a warmed account the same day you pay is selling you a script running on an emulator.

What devices do you use?

Physical iPhones, one account per handset, on real carrier SIMs and residential IPs. Not emulators, not cloud phones, not an Android farm, and never two accounts sharing a device. The device fingerprint is the first thing the platforms check. If it doesn't look like a real person's phone, nothing you do above it matters.

No. Handover means the account cleared the readiness signals, not that the work is done. Can I pick more than one niche?

Accepted Answer

No, and the constraint is deliberate. An account warmed across two categories converges on neither: the classifier splits, the For You page stays generic, and you end up with accounts that reach nobody in particular. Completion rate concentrated in one category is the whole mechanism. If you genuinely need two categories, run two sets.

How do I actually post?

Exactly like any other account in Faceless. Queue a video from the dashboard or push it through the API, pick which handles it should go to, and it enters our posting queue.

Why do you post manually instead of through the API?

Accepted Answer

Because the platforms can tell. Content published through the official APIs is labelled as API-published and generally gets more conservative distribution than the same video posted from the app. Our operators post from the account's own handset, on its own IP, at hours that suit its audience, with sounds and captions picked in-app. It costs us considerably more per post, and it's the reason the reach holds.

What happens between my posts?

The account keeps living. It watches, saves, follows and comments on the same cadence it did during warming, for as long as you're with us, not just the first month. An account that only ever uploads and never consumes reads as automation within about a week, and its distribution degrades accordingly. Most of what you're paying for monthly is this.

What regions do you provision?

US and Europe. Device locale, carrier SIM and residential IP all match the region, because a US-targeted account operating on an EU IP gets served the wrong audience from day one. We'd rather offer two pools we actually run well than a list of twenty we source unreliably.

How quickly does a video go live?

Accepted Answer

Videos queued before the daily cutoff post the same day, at the slot that suits each account's audience. You can specify a date if a post is time-sensitive.

Can I see how each account performs?

Accepted Answer

Yes: views, follows and engagement per account, per post, in your dashboard. Within a few weeks you'll know which handles are carrying your distribution and which angles deserve more accounts behind them.

Can I choose how many TikTok vs Instagram accounts I get?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After checkout you set the split yourself: all TikTok, all Instagram, or any mix that adds up to your pack size. If you're unsure, tell us your niche and we'll recommend one.

Can I choose the handles, bios and profile pictures?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your brief carries your brand name, links and any preferred handles, and the profile build-out happens during the Establish phase of warming. Where a handle is already taken we'll register the closest available variant and confirm it with you before the account goes live.

Can I put paid spend behind a post that works?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and this is where fleets get interesting for founders. Because we hold the session, we can generate a Spark Ads code on TikTok or a partner code on Instagram for any post on your accounts. Let the fleet find the hook that converts organically, then run paid spend behind the exact post that proved itself, from your own ads account. You stop guessing at creative and start scaling receipts.

What content works best on a just-delivered account?

Content that matches what the account was warmed on. The classifier has just spent a week deciding this account belongs to one category, and the fastest way to waste that is to open with something off-niche, or an obvious repost with visible watermarks. Native-feeling video, inside your niche, with a strong first two seconds. If an early post is likely to hurt the account, we'll flag it in review before it goes out.

Do the operators engage with comments on my posts?

Accepted Answer

The account keeps engaging with its niche between posts; that's part of the management fee. Replies to comments on your own posts aren't automatic, because brand voice is yours, not ours to guess. If a post takes off and you want the comments worked, message us and we'll reply against the tone you set in your brief.

Can I change my niche later?

Accepted Answer

You can, but be deliberate about it. An account trained on one category and then pivoted hard to another loses distribution while the recommender re-classifies it. For a real pivot we would usually recommend warming fresh accounts instead. Message us and we'll advise honestly.

What happens if an account gets banned?

Accepted Answer

If an account is actioned for anything other than the content you supplied, we replace it with another warmed account at no cost. Bans that trace back to the content itself (copyright, community-guideline violations, prohibited categories) fall outside the guarantee, which is why we vet what goes into the queue.

Does this violate the platforms' terms of service?

The accounts are real, operated by real people on real devices, and they post real content. The platforms' actual concerns are automation, impersonation and inauthentic engagement, and we do none of them. That said, every platform reserves the right to action any account for any reason, which is why the replacement guarantee exists rather than a promise nothing will ever happen.

Anything that would put the account at risk or is prohibited outright: infringing material, adult content, regulated financial or medical claims, impersonation of real people, and anything designed to mislead. We'll tell you before we decline.

Is my brief confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your niche, product details and content are used only to operate your accounts. We don't run competing accounts in the same niche for other customers using your material.

When am I charged?

Immediately at checkout, then monthly on the same date. Your delivery date is fixed at the moment of that first payment and shown to you in your dashboard down to the minute.

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time from your billing page. Management and posting continue until the end of the period you've paid for, then stop. Because the accounts are operated by us, cancelling ends the service rather than transferring the accounts. Talk to us first if you're cancelling because you want to take them in-house.

Can I add more accounts mid-month?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade to a larger pack at any time and we'll start warming the additional accounts immediately. They arrive on their own 7-day clock from the date you upgrade.

Is there a refund policy?

If we miss your delivery date, that month is on us. Once accounts are delivered and being managed the monthly fee isn't refundable, but you can cancel at any point so you're never locked into a period you haven't started.
