## Faceless + TikTok

Connect Faceless with TikTok to automatically post videos. No glue code, no Zapier middleware, no maintenance. Once you authenticate TikTok once, every video you generate in Faceless flows through automatically based on the rules you set. Below: setup in three steps, what you can build with it, and answers to the questions teams usually ask first.

## How to connect TikTok

1.  1

    ### Click Connect TikTok and authorize the publish scope

    TikTok's API requires the video.upload and video.publish scopes. Faceless requests both. We don't request user.info beyond what's needed to identify your account; we never read your watch history or DMs.

    ```bash
    GET https://www.tiktok.com/v2/auth/authorize
      ?client_key=...
      &scope=video.upload,video.publish
      &response_type=code
      &redirect_uri=https://faceless.so/api/oauth/callback/tiktok
    ```

2.  2

    ### Choose draft mode versus immediate publish per project

    TikTok's API rules require you to confirm each post manually in the TikTok app for some account types. If your account allows direct publish, Faceless can post immediately. If not, we drop the rendered video into your TikTok drafts; you tap publish in the TikTok app when ready. Pre-filled caption and hashtags survive the draft handoff.

3.  3

    ### Set the caption template and hashtag pool

    TikTok rewards caption variation more than other platforms. Faceless lets you set a caption template with placeholders ({title}, {topic}, {hook}) plus a hashtag pool we sample from per video. Avoids the 'every video has the exact same caption' anti-pattern that hurts reach.

## What you can do with TikTok + Faceless

-   01

    ### Daily TikTok drafts queued for tap-to-publish

    Render and queue daily; tap publish in the TikTok app when convenient. The render and creative work happens in advance; the publish step is one tap.

-   02

    ### Cross-post the same render to YouTube Shorts

    One render lands as both a TikTok draft and a YouTube Short. Reach two algorithm pools without producing two videos.

Verdict

## Bottom line

The TikTok integration is the fastest way to automatically post videos on autopilot. Setup takes under five minutes. If you're already publishing videos manually, this is the highest-impact change you can make this week.
